He is the chief spokesman of the church who presides over all Executive Council meetings. He is the vision carrier of the ministry, responsible for the motivation and mobilization of the ministers for the work of the ministry.

The General Secretary keeps all handles and keeps all church records.

The Church Administrator keeps the book of accounts for the head office of Bridge Ministries.

The treasurer ensures that all monies received on behalf of the Headquarters are safely kept at the bank.

The Missions Director is responsible for planning and strategizing for the planting of new churches of Bridge Ministries, in consultation with the General Overseer.

The Mobilization Director plans general convocation of the entire ministry. E.g. Conventions and camp meetings.

The Youth Director plans activities at various levels for the youth of the Ministry.

He ensures that members of the church find gainful employment wherever they are.

The Training and Equipping Director is responsible for the training and equipping of Ministers of Bridge Ministries Int. He also sees to the setting up of Bible Schools where necessary.
